Thank you so much for the high school writing class that you are teaching.  My two sons and I have been working on their writing for the last couple of years.  We were at a point that we needed some outside instruction, for all of our benefit.  I have been amazed at the transformation in their attitude toward writing since they have been meeting with you.  You have challenged them in a new way.  Both of my sons enjoy your assignments and look forward to sharing their accomplishments with you each week.  I especially appreciate that you have helped them to see the importance of an outline.  Thank you again for your wonderful instruction.

Christy Wilcox has tutored all three of my children in Literature/Writing for the past several years. My son also took a few of her classes.  My children all enjoy(ed) working with Christy! She relates well to them on whatever topic they are studying, and they feel comfortable enough to ask questions and discuss things. My son, who's now at Gainesville State College, does well in his writing courses, and I feel this is in part because his time spent with Christy prepared him well for college-level work. She has proven herself to be quite knowledgeable in the subject matter she teaches my children! She is also easy to work with regarding scheduling needs.  I would highly recommend Christy to anyone looking for a teacher or tutor!

Thank you SO much for all you have done for Sheldon over the past 7 years! He has not only enjoyed the activities you do with the class to make learning the content more fun, but has learned so much that has actually stayed with him. I will never forget the first year, all I heard was "Mrs. Christy said....," or "but, Mama, Mrs. Christy said....", it was great! Even now if he asks me something I don't know the answer for right away, he automatically says "Ask Mrs. Christy, Mama." Thank you for the powerful and positive impact you have had on him as well as your help and encouragement in all our homeschooling endeavors....we are blessed to have had the opportunity to learn with you!

Ms. Christy is my tutor for English. She is a very affable person and provides great advice. She always has the utmost patience even when my mind fails to think of an answer that, once I am told it, is very obvious. The books Ms. Christy chooses are excellent and extremely fascinating.
